Lovingly renovated from medieval farm buildings and with an abundance of oak beams and floors they boast a wonderful home-from-home feel. Situated in a particularly scenic area of Mid-Wales on the banks of the River Bechan and with views of St Beauno s Church on one side and two ornamental lakes on the other you will be well-placed to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The ancient market towns of Welshpool and Ludlow are nearby and offer a selection of shops restaurants a theatre cinema and leisure centre. Powys Castle and Gardens and Montgomery Canal are only 9 miles away and the Snowdonia National Park and coast are all within an hour s drive. Other attractions within easy reach include the West Midlands Shooting Ground Welshpool & Llanfair Light Railway Chirk Castle and Gregynog Hall. Leisure facilities: shared hot-tub and sauna on site available for guests to use. Pretty lake-side setting with garden furniture available for guests to enjoy and perfect for a picnic. Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking inside the property. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: there is access to a washing machine should you require it. If you tire of cooking then you can make use of the personal chef who is available to book and who uses the finest local ingredients to create memorable meals for all your family and friends. Location: beach 40 miles pub within walking distance and selection of shops in Newtown 5 miles. The accommodation offers EIGHT bedrooms: all with TV s 2 king-size with en-suite bathroom with roll top bath shower and WC 2 doubles with en-suite bathroom with shower and WC 1 twin with en-suite shower with WC and 1 small double bedroom with en-suite shower with WC. On the ground floor 1 further king-size with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and WC and 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: beautifully spacious room with oak beams open fireplace and TV/DVD. Kitchen: large country style kitchen with gas oven and hob microwave dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Outside: private patio area with garden furniture and BBQ directly outside the property and access to large shared courtyard with fountain and raised lawns on the edge of this.
